​Return & Exchange Policies:  

Our policy lasts for 3 days.  If 3 days have gone by since the time your purchase was shipped and delivered, unfortunately we cannot offer you an exchange.     
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in.  Also, the item(s) must be in the original packaging.
Due to the custom nature of our products, returns are not permitted. Please see the exchange policy for exchanges.

Exchanges are permitted on apparel ONLY. Apparel must have a defect in order to be eligible for exchange. Should your item require an exchange, contact customer service at: - before shipping item. Item must be unworn/unused and within 3 days of delivery.  Note the defect of the item!
The item will be replaced with the same size, design, and color combination as the original order. Otherwise, exchanges are not permitted due to the custom nature of our products. Once items to be exchanged are received and verified by Your Beauty with NancyCollins285 , a refund for shipping costs will be issued via PayPal. Your new order will be shipped out within 14 days.
Other restrictions may apply. Your Beauty with NancyCollins285 reserves the right to change its Return and Exchange policies.
To complete your return, we require a receipt.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, due to the manufacturer's fault.  Exchange Item Shipping costs will be reimbursed to customer, via Paypal.  

No refunds will be given for items, marked as gift.
